Theatre Workshop at India Habitat Centre, Delhi | June 2  – June 26, 2014

Story Ghar collaborated with Living Room Theatre to train young talents for a stage play revolving around The great Indian Election Tamasha. The Play titled “Poster Ke Peeche Kya Hai” was a spoof on the election scene in India. The play was developed, designed and packaged during a 19 days long workshop, successfully conducted by Sarita Vohra and Jaishree Sethi

This Workshop helped the  participating children express their views enabling them to  articulate their emotions, speech, expressions, dialogue presentation, voice projection and body language. The fun filled and interactive sessions  also involved script writing, set design and stage craft

For the very first time we involved mothers of participating children, who very enthusiastically became a part of the production . It also gave them an opportunity to further strengthen their bond with each other.
